The man who leapt to his death Thursday afternoon from the Hoover Dam bypass bridge has been identified as a North Las Vegas resident. Jacob Gerard Foreman, 39, died from multiple blunt-force injuries after committing suicide by jumping from the Mike O’Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge, according to the Clark County Coroner’s Office.
